I remember when you dressed me like a nurse for Halloween. I remember those great big bear hugs. I remember when we'd go for walks with Blackie down the dirt road and talked about all the wonderful things that were going to happen, I remember when they didn't happen you would be there to cheer me up. I remember every gift, not realizing you were my gift. I remember I Love Lucy, Mary Tyler Moore nights, the Nick at Night nights, those were the best. I remember every lesson, cause you made me learn it myself and boy how I did. I remember every dream I had you made it happen even when it was hard to. I have so many memories to fill a lifetime and I'm only 24. You had a world of heart and I will always remember that forever. Even though you're gone now I know you're still here, in my heart. I feel you now and forever. I love you Momma always and forever!

There was a lot of amazing things going on in Atlanta this weekend, but I'm glad I got the chance to go to this, cannot wait for next year. To see more on the fest click here.

Tea Party 2009
On April 15th I went to the Capitol for the Tea Party. It was my first Tea Party, and not my last. It was a crazy turn out. I've never seen so many different people come together for the same reason. I walked about 2 miles to get to this event and nearly got squished, but it was worth it. To view more on the party click here.

Country Drive
This past weekend I went on a country drive, yet again. I love going on country scenic drives, cause most of the time I find something that is work shooting. While on the drive I was also on the look out for some cool architecture for class and I think I found some. I found some buildings with a lot of character, some old country homes, and some old colonial homes. I hope I get the chance to shoot them. I also found an architectural photographer that I like, Helene Binet. Her work is contemporary, but that's what I like about it, something different from the norm.

A Day in Atlanta
Well let me just say he doesn't look too homeless with a Starbucks cup and a earpiece in. Gotta love the ATL and the cool people there, and the always random happenings. I will soon find myself downtown more often, because I start interning at Creative Loafing next week and I'm excited with all the cool things I will get to see.
