Soft Goods

Today I shot Coach shoes for my soft goods/fashion assignment in advanced commercial. And no these aren't my shoes, they're my sister's, I'm not a Coach kind of gal. I think it came out nicely. I went in for a tight shot, cause the Coach name and symbol are so recognizable (to some). Check out my Flickr for more.

This Week

So this week has been pretty crazy trying to get every thing done. But it's coming to an end in about week and half, and I still have so much to do, but it always gets crazy like this at the end of the quarter. I know I'll get it done I just hope I will get some great images by then. I'm sure I will I got some cool shoots coming up.

Kaitlyn

Went out to Athens today to shoot an awesome friend, Kaitlyn. It was a beautiful day and a great shoot. And I also found some cool spots for more section C shoots. To view more check out my flickr.

Food Shoot

Last wednesday I got to shoot Flan for my food assignment in Advanced Commercial and a special thanks to Amy, Jessica, and Lottie for helping me out. It was quit an experience. It was all about timing and being prepare on how I was going to shoot something that wasn't in front of me yet. And also thanks to Chief Keri for letting us chow down afterwards. Ashlyn

Once again I have been shooting for my Portfolio Development class. This time for section c, which is portraiture, fashion, glamour, and wedding. This here is Ashlyn and she is the cutiest thing, loves the music. I shot in my friends house with all the windows open bringing in some natural light, but I guess it wasn't enough. A Powerful Mental Wave Explosion

This is what I do in my spare time. There's nothing else to do in the country except the occasional hangouts at Bi-Lo and the weekly chicken auctions, so I photoshoped. Any who, I found a really cool tutorial about an explosion effect. It wasn't to hard. I also found some cool brushes on this site. To check my pic out click here.

Abandoned Shoot

So finding abandoned houses and things is a hobby of mine, and the other day I went out driving around where I live with Lottie and found 4 abandoned houses. It's crazy and the stuff in them is even crazier. Old t.v.s, desk, clothes, I.D.s, halloween decorations, you name it it was there. There was one abandoned house that was to creepy to go in though. I think some ghost or something was in there, cause when we went in we heard doors shut. Next time we go out driving we might need some other people for back up. Atomic Shoot

I was playing around in photoshop as you can see. Trying to sort threw images that could go in section A of my portfolio and images that just look cool to me like this one. I went to a beach (Fort Yargo) and placed an old t.v. of mine on the sand. Any way I have been shooting a lot lately so there will be more to come. To check this one out click here.

Jewelry Shot

So this is my jewelry shot from last week and once again I used the 4x5 phase one digital back. I'm pleased with it. It's laying on top of some bamboo real bamboo you know to add a little something. To check out more click my flickr.

Drive by Shooting

Yesterday I was on a random drive looking for things to shoot for section A for my Portfolio Development class and I found some cool things, like this random pic. I found a fire hydrant on some farm land where there were some goats.?. To see more click here.

Heineken

This is my first shoot for the beer, wine, and spirits assignment. As you can see this is a before and after, an some time in photoshop and it still doesn't look quit right. I had to scan the 4x5, because of multiple exposure problems. So today I reshot this assignment with a 4x5 Phase One digital back and after several minutes I came out with better results. 80's Night

This past Saturday I was at Uptown Loft (that's where I've been spending most of my time lately taking pictures and what not) and they had an awesome 80's cover band called Great White Lion Snake. Yeah. I had a great time. And while shooting the band I found out the guitar player, Josh in this picture is currently the bassist for Yellowcard. Nice side project!
